consider our hand's EV against opponent's possible holdings (underscore = "not a spade"):
on a flop of Ks Qs 4_, [9s 4s]'s equity against...

so we're basically a coin flip unless he has two pair (still ~40% equity) or a set (~30%).

if we're shorter (say, 15bb) and say the pot is 6bb preflop. now if we're oop with pair+flush draw, this is a superstandard situation where we can crai to get all in on the flop (or perhaps bet/shove if raised) -- if we have even 20% fold equity, this is a fantastic semibluff opporunity with basically coinflip at worst if called

why so eager to get it on the flop? the problem is we don't want to bet flop, get called, blank the turn, and then (facing a big bet or something) not know what to do with only one pull left at presumably 9[spades]+2[fours]+3[nines]= 14 outs.

my current best guess is bet 90ish flop
if raised on flop, shove? (eek, except our stacks seem too big for this...)
if called on flop, bet turn again
