Villian is a 67/3 player his agg is 2 over all but 3.5 on the turn n 3 on the river. I bet this strong every street including PF because its a loose table and i know ill get a call by on of them. What do you do to his min raise on the turn just push it or what? What kind of hands do you put such a player on?

Preflop is kind of crazy, but if you think you'll get away with it... :)

Flop is standard.

Turn, your bet is fine, his minraise (barring reads) is generally insanely strong. However on this board, what can he have really? Depends on what hands he's cold calling preflop with. If his cold call preflop range is wide then he could have hands like 76, 45. Otherwise I'd expect most of his range here to be an overpair or a set. There's a small chance he ould have a FD type hand, but more likely overpair/set/I'd just stack it off.

After I've put over 1/3 of my effective stack in here i'm mostly not going to be folding QQ+ on that board to this guy.
