I don't like his turn donk. Are we calling all blank rivers? I feel like he's firing rivers nearly 100% here and we gotta prepare to show down if we call turn. I don't see why or how he could be bluffing here, either. I ALSO don't see how that 7d hits him. We assume he would bet his T8s (if he even opens it from MP) on this flop.

Just intuitively it seems like a screwy line with a very strong hand, like a top set or AA, or T8cc kinda thing. So weird. If he was fucking around with a flush draw, he got there too. River 1/2 pot looks strong as well. I feel like folding turn and river are correct, and we're seldom going to see a bluff or a worse value hand, but I probably look him up too.

Well.. Okay. He played as a nit so far, so I give him a strong range to open on UTG. (Oh wait, its MP. Its still might be somewhat strong).

When he c/calls and then donks the turn, there's no Jx in his range. He would bet all the Jacks on the flop. He can't have any strong hands really, so my TTs should be good. I don't think he would do that with overpair because even if he's a fish, they play their overpairs aggressively, and he'd fire on the flop.
For me, it just looked like complete air. When he check/called the flop, I put him on Ax that didn't wanna give up because he liked his hand too much. (AK/AQ).
The only strong hand that makes sence there is 77, but thats only 3 combos and he might not even c/c with it on the flop. So it looked super bluffy to me. He could also have a FD there sometimes, but I'd also expect him to cbet that on the flop.

I literally snap called his river bet (i think because of his timing or sth). I was sure it was a good call, now I'm not that sure. The FD got there, but he might still be betting with his bluffing hands trying to get me off my pocket pairs and Jx because I can't have anything stronger than that either.

Anyway, since im running good, he showed A8.
