I would have bet on flop , but I dont think it would had changed anything.His river bet could narrow our calling range but still I dont think AA will be out of this range. unlucky loose.

we dont have a calling range against btn's 3x , and KJo is none of our 3 betting ranges, now it is 4x we should be more tighter. so it was a fold on preflop

I would have played as the same way you played but when you think from villain side it would be a mistake for hero to bluff on river as the flush draw busted and hero did not 2nd barreled turn when the straight completed , against hero's bet on river , I would have called any pair as villain.

I would have xc instead of betting on turn. I would have do the same and called his bet on river too

I would not bet on turn as I dont think A9 is really representing our condition (after xb bet best overcards w/o sdv, I would bet AJ+) and turn bet size should be 3/4
