I think that you should call/shove the turn because your opponent doesnt have many hands that beat you. The only ones I can think of are KK and AA, cause in my opinion JTs 88 and 77 are not in his 3-B range from BB vs MP and BTN so often. In my opinion most of his range are broadways that missed or some combo draws. He should definetely check on 9 on the turn so I assume that hes fish or weak reg and therefore in my opinion the best option is to shove cause you simply have top pair top kicker in 3B spot and you put a lot of preassure on his bullshit range.
